The Bengaluru Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was established on 1st April 1962 vide Notification No. 1-CA (24/61 dated 19th March 1962. The Branch has steadily grown in stature and influence and is the largest branch of ICAL From an initial membership of 110, it has expanded to a vibrant community of over 23,000 members and more than 45,000 Chartered Accountancy students.
